Like art, tea has different periods and different schools. The evolution of tea may be divided into three main stages. The Boiled Tea, The Whipped Tea and the Steeped Tea. These different methods are an expression of the spirit of the age in which they prevailed. For life is an expression of our unconscious actions and our inner most thoughts. It is said with tea we reveal ourselves too much in small things because there is so little of the great to hide.
